AmberMap is a forecasting platform for Baltic amber hunters. Instead of guessing, it models the physics that actually bring amber to the beach — wave energy, onshore wind sectors, water temperature and storm dynamics — and turns them into an hourly, color-coded forecast map covering beaches across the Baltic Sea coast. The forecast is validated against a real dataset of documented amber finds. The free tier shows today's forecast; premium extends the horizon up to 10 days. Available on the web in Polish, English and German, with a mobile app on Google Play (iOS coming). Built by a small team that combines coastal physics with a genuine amber-hunting obsession.
