Genchi gives engineering leaders an early read on which projects are likely to miss a deadline and which are on track, based on input from the people doing the work. It works through a regular, automated Slack prompt where team members cast an anonymous, one-click confidence vote. Those votes are combined by project into a single score and tracked over time. That way, leaders can spot trouble sooner and step in where needed, and just as importantly, know which teams to leave alone.
