PedsCalc is a web-based pediatric calculator and medication-reference library for clinicians, pharmacists, nurses, students, and caregivers. It brings about 150 child-health tools—including about 65 pediatric medication dose calculators—into one searchable resource. Use it for weight-based medication math, mg/kg calculations, liquid-dose conversions, growth charts, neonatal tools, maintenance fluids, clinical scores, and other pediatric references. Many calculators are free and available in a modern browser; optional PedsCalc Pro adds an ad-free installable web app with faster search, local notes, and recent calculation history. PedsCalc is an educational calculation and reference resource, not a prescriber, diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for professional judgment. Results must be independently checked against current labeling, local protocols, patient-specific factors, and an appropriate clinician or pharmacist.
