ServiceBeard turns your existing customer email inbox into a functional issue board. It syncs your emails directly into your preferred issue tracker, allowing you to manage a full service desk without paying for expensive per seat helpdesk software. You can continue using the automation pipelines you already have in place. The project is open source, connects using standard IMAP and SMTP protocols, and currently supports integrations with GitHub, GitLab, and Linear.
