Quartz Studio is a local-first Windows app for creating visual procedures, support reports, QA documentation, incident evidence and training guides. Capture real desktop actions manually or through consent-based click capture, review screenshots, add annotations, blur sensitive information, extract text with local OCR, and export polished documents as PDF, DOCX, PPT, Markdown or HTML and more. Everything runs locally on the user’s PC. Quartz Studio does not upload screenshots to the cloud, does not log keystrokes, and does not require a SaaS account. It is available on the Microsoft Store as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license.
